Role: Business Improvement ManagerSalary: £45,000 - £50,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (office based although an element of hybrid working may be available)Location: NottinghamBenefits: excellent package available

Our client, a leader in its field and due to continued business growth, is seeking to recruit a capable business improvement manager to work closely with the Director.

Duties for the Business Improvement Manager:

• to manage, maintain and improve upon the companies business improvement strategies
• to manage and maintain business processes ensuring they remain fit for purpose
• to identitfy future improvements
• to manage the Quality Insurance team and the internal audit programme
• to promote and implement regular policy reviews
• maintain all required quality certifications
• develop business improvement plans
• develop continuity plans
• attend external forums
• ad-hoc duties as may be required

Experience for the Business Improvement Manager

• self starter
• proven attention to detail
• high degree of social awareness
• excellent influencing skills
• IT literate (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• experience within a similar role
• experience from within an IT infrastructure background
• collaborative nature
