The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lectures to students across various business-related courses. You will inspire, support, and mentor students, ensuring they gain the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the business world.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in Business Studies, including areas such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Provide academic guidance, feedback, and pastoral support to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Develop and update course materials to align with curriculum requirements and industry trends.
• Engage in continuous professional development to ensure the highest teaching standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and college events.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance student employability prospects.

Essential Requirements:

• A relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience in teaching Business Studies at Further Education (FE) or Higher Education (HE) level.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Up-to-date knowledge of business practices and industry developments.
• Proficiency in using digital learning tools and virtual learning environments (VLEs).

Desirable Attributes:

• A master’s degree or higher qualification in a business-related discipline.
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment design.
• Industry experience in business, marketing, finance, or entrepreneurship.
• Familiarity with Ofsted requirements and quality assurance processes in education.
