• £30,000 Basic Salary / £55,000 OTE
• Monday To Friday 8.30am - 6pm (5 Day Week)

Our client requires a Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their successful sales department in the Stevenage areaWorking for an Automotive well-established Volume Main Dealer Group, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this Volume Brand.The Successful Business / Transaction Manager can expect On Target Earnings of £30,000 with a base salary of £55,000.The hours of work for this Business / Transaction Manager role Monday To Friday 8.30am - 6pm (5 Day Week).Duties of a Business / Transaction Manager for our Client

• Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation
• Monitoring Finance and Insurance performance against company budget
• Supporting the Car Sales staff on a daily basis
• Build a rapport with Customers

The successful Business / Transaction Manager will

• Have a previous Business / Transaction Manager experience within a Dealership environment
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• A proven Career History as a Business / Transaction Manager– with figures to prove it
• Experience in managing and supporting a car sales team
