Business Operations Team Leader

We are now hiring for a Business Operations Team leader to join on a full time, permanent basis. The role is office based in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will monitor and control all areas of collection for various debt caseloads within Scott & Co - Scott & Co is a leading provider of debt recovery, enforcement and citation services. We are part of Marston Holdings Ltd, the UK’s largest judicial services group, providing integrated court order compliance.

What you will be doing: 

• Monitor and control the quality of output, as per specified requirements and deadlines, along with monitoring work rate and quality of staff to ensure maximum efficiency is maintained.
• Induct and train new members of staff within the Business Operations Team.
• Maintain and reply to internal and external communications from clients/customers and other business areas, ensuring correspondence is issued correctly.
• Assess and highlight any trends or business risks identified through quality monitoring and put measures in place to reduce or mitigate the trend/risk.
• Work closely with operational teams and departments to build and develop working relationships.
• Be accountable for own actions and take ownership for own personal development whilst continuing to enhance skills and knowledge in order to achieve the best results.
• Act in a professional manner and adhere to all company procedures and policies at all times; be aware of and adhere to the company Data Protection Policy & awareness of and adhere to AML and TCF requirements.
