We're looking for a Business Senior Consultant to join our team

You will take ownership of specific work-streams or lead small projects within Business Change & Transformation, identifying and developing consulting opportunities and new projects.

This role is hybrid working, with some travel to our UK offices and client sites, when required.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the successful delivery of a work-stream or small consulting project in order to achieve revenue targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Combine fresh thinking and insight to identify additional consulting opportunities and shape innovative business propositions for new and existing clients.
  • Work with clients to gather and shape consulting opportunities, helping them re-imagine the future and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Run and support bid opportunities for small-scale projects that demonstrate Sopra Steria’s distinctive and sustainable consulting business and secure extra revenue and/or new clients.
  • Be an advocate of Sopra Steria Consulting through participation in industry forums, events and social media.
  • Live the consulting-led culture by embracing innovative, highly disruptive technologies that support new ways of working in a digital world.

What you’ll bring:

  • Applicants must have current SC/DV clearance.
  • Client-facing consulting experience and business analysis expertise, ideally from within the ADS sector.
  • Project management and change management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to influence stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with attention to quality and detail.
  • Entrepreneurial thinker with good data gathering and analytical skills.
