Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and delivering advisory services.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
• Review financial statements and management accounts.
• Assist partners in driving business development and identifying growth opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted adviser.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and compliance.
• Proven experience in managing client portfolios and staff teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
