This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, leading teams, and providing high-quality business advisory services.

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts
• Providing business advisory support and financial insights to clients
• Leading and mentoring a team of accountants, supporting their development
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value to client services

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• At least five years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong client relationship management and business advisory skills
• Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading teams
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
