Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Business Support Teacher (QTS) to join our team on a fixed-term basis from January 2025 until July 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective business studies lessons, supporting students’ academic progress, and contributing to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality business studies lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Business Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching business studies at the secondary school level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for business education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
