Interim Business Support Administrator

Start date: ASAP

Location: SW London 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Coordination:
    • Support stakeholders across the company with preparing and formatting project documentation and updates.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Customer/Stakeholder Relations:
    • Act as a first point of contact for queries from clients, stakeholders, or team members.
    • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective communication.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence:
    • Ensure that business activities align with company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
      • Ability to adapt to new tasks quickly
