Job Purpose:To provide comprehensive clerical, administrative, and financial support to operational services under the direction of senior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
To work to established business standards and processes, carrying out a range of support tasks with a strong focus on confidentiality and safeguarding.To offer advice and guidance to customers, business partners, and other stakeholders on business processes and operational matters.To manage and process information related to finance, staffing, customer details, and service eligibility criteria, including the production of detailed and customised reports.To develop and refine systems and processes to meet operational needs, ensuring the accuracy and quality of information.To handle a variety of financial support tasks, including processing orders, resolving discrepancies, reporting, reconciling accounts, and managing cash transactions.To organise meetings and events, including venue bookings, issuing invitations and papers, and taking minutes, including recording actions and follow-ups.To perform reception duties, greeting visitors, providing directions, and responding to basic enquiries.
