Job Title: Business Support Officer Customer Support Services/Programmes (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Salary: Circa £28,000 depending on experience + bonus and benefits
Location: Stevenage
Dynamic (hybrid) working: A blended of remote and office working, working 3 days a week onsite with a flexible approach.

The opportunity:
As a Business Support Officer (BSO) you will provide administrative and operational support to Customer Support Services and Programmes as below:
The Role - specific requirements
Will be based in our Stevenage office, however, flexibility to travel to other sites may occasionally be required
Provide pro-active, accurate and comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Management teams within Customer Support and Programmes
Monitor and action incoming requests via a shared inbox
Generic BSO administrative support (in brief):
Complex diaries, extensive travel arrangements and expenses
Organise meetings, events, training days, participate when required and take and manage actions
Participation in UK Support Function initiatives and personal development initiatives
Understanding and utilising MS Office and MBDA systems
These tasks may be varied and ad-hoc in scop
