• Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum
• Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role

As a Business Systems Trainer, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the subject matter expert for CAFM systems (Computer-Aided Facility Management) and reporting processes.
• Identifying user training needs, delivering tailored sessions, and maintaining up-to-date system knowledge.
• Promoting compliance with business system best practices and supporting users with technical queries.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across multiple accounts.
• Contributing to high-profile projects by enhancing user efficiency and operational effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a technical trainer or in-depth knowledge of CAFM, CMMS, or EAM systems.
• Alternatively, a background in business support or customer service with advanced IT skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities and a proactive approach to training delivery.
• Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and internationally when required.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• A full UK driving licence.
• A valid UK passport.
• Eligibility for BPSS security clearance (Basic Pre-Employment Screening).
