Senior Business Travel Consultant (Online)

Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Business Travel Consultant (Online) to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at delivering exceptional service, and have expertise in online booking tools and GDS systems, this is the perfect role for you.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Supporting online travel clients with booking assistance beyond the online tools.
• Managing complex bookings for flights, hotels, car hire, and ancillary travel services.
• Providing expert advice and offering well-informed travel options.
• Handling ticket reissues, refunds, and manual fare builds while assisting with team training.
• Maintaining client profiles and managing GDS queues for online bookings.
• Collaborating with the technical team on booking tool issues and attending client visits or industry events.

What Experience Do I Need?

• Recent experience of working as a business travel consultant or trainee role.
• Proficiency in SABRE GDS and strong knowledge of Concur online booking tools is essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word/Excel.
• A proactive approach to client service and team collaboration.

Additional Info

Working Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week) or flexible options (4.5-day week).

Good Salary plus Bonus: Uncapped annual bonus based on sales performance
