gap personnel are currently recruiting for an Buyer for their client based in Exeter.

This position as a Buyer is a key position within the business to assist in the workflow of your assigned portfolio of customers.

As a Buyer your duties will include:

• Processing orders and ensuring all requirements are correctly interpreted, identifying the right products are purchased.
• Ensuring best pricing, delivery, and terms
• Monitor deliveries from suppliers and advise customers on delivery progress with their orders
• Work closely with assigned relationship managers, ensuring work is delegated effectively with clear deliverables and communication
• Identify new areas of business, and cooperate with the sales team to ensure the best products and services are being offered
