• Develop and optimise trading systems, exchange connectivity, and infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable storage and networking solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve production issues and improve system performance.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Contribute to strategy development and align simulations with live trading.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Experience working for a quantitative trading firm
• 5+ years in C++
• Python/Java
• Strong development experience
• Familiarity with Low-Latency & High-Frequency platforms
