Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Back End Developer to join the team. In this role, you will work primarily with C# and .NET to build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. Experience with Cosmos DB is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring efficient data handling, storage, and retrieval across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance server-side applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Design and implement database solutions using Cosmos DB, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimise and fine-tune backend processes to improve application performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to team best practices, and ensure code quality.
• Take part in agile ceremonies, actively contributing to team planning and process improvements.

Skills and Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with Cosmos DB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred) is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and the desire to mentor junior team members.
