CACHE Level 3 / Level 6 Practitioner - Excellent Progression

An outstanding school in the heart of Ealing are on the hunt for a qualified CACHE Level 3 / Level 6 Practitioner to join ASAP. This role is a school based contract, full time and long term.

The school is looking for an enthusiastic, driven practitioner who can join the team and make the EYFS their own, giving you freedom and support to elevate the EYFS to the next level. Your role would see you focus on the teaching and learning side of EYFS, making it perfect for someone who is considering a career as a primary teacher.

Progression is fantastic within the school and have previously trained TAs all the way up to Qualified Teachers. This role in particular is aimed at training a future EYFS leader and the school are keen for the successful candidate to eventually take on management of the EYFS.

CACHE Level 3 / Level 6 Practitioner - The Role

• CACHE Level 3 / Level 6 Practitioner
• Pay: £23,000-£26,000 per annum (year-round contract)
• School based, long term contract
• Full time position, no weekends!
• Lead a nursery team to deliver outstanding early years education
• Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment supporting holistic development
• Support students with a variety of SEN, tracking progress and targets for EHCPs

CACHE Level 3 / Level 6 Practitioner - Person Specification

• Level 3 OR Level 6 EYFS - ESSENTIAL
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Fun loving, enthusiastic personality to match the school's holistic ethos
• Experience supporting students with SEN in a school environment
• Driven and ambitious - ready to take on leadership!
