CAD Technician - Pertemps Northampton : Job Details

Our Client in Northamptonshire is looking for a CAD Technician to join their friendly team.

• Monday to Friday
• £28k per annum

Responsibilities:

• Produce and check drawings to client’s design requirements.
• Create bills for materials so that the company can deliver the correct equipment to site.
• Produce a set of calculations and fixing checks using existing packages.
• Answer technical queries concerning equipment applications and installations from both clients and company employees.
• Record and detail components sufficiently for parts to be reproduced.
• Work in orderly methodical fashion, recording communications with clients and highlighting variations in original quotations to final installations.

Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and understand building structures.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Good customer communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
