What you will be doing...

•    Lead and inspire the café team for smooth operations.•    Engage in food preparation and customer service.•    Manage budgets, payroll, and stock levels efficiently.•    Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality.•    Train and develop team members to enhance service.•    Conduct regular meetings and collaborate on events.•    Support various service channels, including in-café and click & collect.•    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and monitor food quality.

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:

•    Strong leadership skills with a focus on health and safety.•    Experience in food service or hospitality management.•    Commitment to maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.•    Food hygiene level 3
