Pitsford reservoir is the perfect place to work for those who love the outdoors. From exciting children's play areas to relaxing nature walks, the park has something for everyone - and the Park Bistro is at the heart of it all.

The Park Bistro offers a selection of food, drinks and desserts, including stone-baked pizzas, burgers, our famous toasties and breakfasts baps as well as smooth coffees and a large selection of tempting ice creams.

What will you be doing?

As a Café Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the café. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting the catering team to ensure smooth service

• The preparation of food and ensuring quality standards are met

• Maintaining high levels of hygiene, food safety, and compliance

• Delivering exceptional customer service and handling queries or concerns

• Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs

• Driving efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience

This role is perfect for a motivated leader with a passion for hospitality and great service.
