We are recruiting experienced Customer Service professionals to work for a well-known, established insurance company!
If you have at least one year's customer service experience, excellent keyboard skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment… this could be the role for you!
Role responsibilities
- Answering customer calls and queries
- Manage the customer through the lifecycle of their insurance policy
- Dealing with customer renewals and new business calls
- Have an energetic approach and build rapport with customers
- Contacting and dealing with customers via telephone and email
- General admin
- Liaising with veterinary practices, breeders and policyholders
- Collating and posting of documents
About you
- Previous customer service experience - retail and hospitality experience is also welcome
- Happy dealing with customers via the telephone
- Hard working and personable
Hours Full Time 37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rotational shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
- Week 2: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with a half-day on Saturday with a day off in the week in lieu
- Week 3: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm
Please note - no holiday can be taken within the first 6 weeks of training
