Campaign Executive
- Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
- Location: Near Bath (due to remote location it is recommended that you have your own transport)
- Salary: circa £22k - £26k
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Campaign Executive on the outskirts of Bath. The role involves managing various campaign deliverables and projects for clients. The ideal candidate will be a “people person” with a highly organised approach, tech-savvy, and analytical, ideally with experience in Account Management or partnership roles within a marketing agency.
Day to Day of the role:
- Onboard customers who have purchased new campaigns, explaining the process and providing recommendations to achieve expected goals.
- Create detailed campaign plans using the company’s planning system for project management and customer communication.
- Proactively manage and administer campaigns, coordinating activities and tasks with internal teams.
- Deliver engaging digital content marketing services, such as emails and webinars, to global audiences.
- Engage with customers regularly by phone and email to answer queries and provide status updates.
- Review campaign performance against expectations and work with teams to improve results or communicate successes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Highly organised with a focus on project management and client relationship management.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work on various platforms and embrace digital transformation.
- Analytical approach to compiling reports on campaign performance and results.
- Experience in an Account Management role, marketing agency, or similar, is highly desirable.
