You will design, lead and deliver an effective campaign content strategy to position our client’s product on the market while driving sales, retention, leads and positive customer behaviour across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. You will provide key inputs into campaign planning (audience and persona insights, buyer behaviors, messaging, competitor analysis, best practice content marketing). You will work with the EMEA Campaign function and Content Co-creation team to facilitate content development for pan-EMEA campaigns. You will support senior marketing stakeholders in developing an integrated marketing communications plan. You will drive workflow efficiency and content performance. Manage synchronised content activation across EMEA – oversee campaign implementation.
What is expected of the Campaign Manager?
Content strategy development
- Develop and implement content strategies for pan-EMEA marketing campaigns which align to business objectives.
- Conduct research into preferences and behavior in the context of content consumption across target audience groups to develop a campaign content strategy based on buyer intent.
- Work with Digital and Demand teams to enhance our client’s online presence through SEO optimised content to boost authority, rankings, web traffic and leads.
Content creation and management
- Oversee the production of high-quality, customer-centric content, including blog posts, sales presentations, email campaigns, landing pages, video scripts, eBooks and more that support inbound content marketing and outbound content programmes.
- Develop productive partnerships with EMEA team, agencies, copywriters, designers and other stakeholders to produce content that helps influence behavioral / mindset changes with customers and prospects, while supporting marketing objectives.
- Work with the teams to carry out a regular audit of the central content inventory and advise on what content can be archived, updated, reused or repurposed, while highlighting any gaps in terms of how content maps to buyers’ needs.
- Input into EMEA content calendar to support the publishing frequency required to build inbound traffic and engagement. Help build interlocked campaign and portfolio calendar to align product and promotion.
Analytics and best practice
- Implement SEO best practices in all content to drive organic traffic.
- Work with team, to monitor content performance metrics (KPIs) at programme and asset level.
- Work with Content Operations team to create and maintain guidance and templates that can be leveraged to ensure content governance, with the goal to drive consistency in our client’s go-to-market approach.
- Engage cross-functional participants – manage meeting and resource schedules and deadlines.
What we look for in a Campaign Manager?
- Proven experience in a dedicated B2B marketing campaign role.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, proofreading and copywriting skills (brand voice, style, grammar).
- Clear commercial understanding of connection between business strategy and go-to-market.
- Expertise in content creation across key functional areas (demand marketing, sales enablement, customer engagement, brand and reputation).
- Ability to digest and articulate complex concepts for targeted communication throughout the buyer-customer journey – intuitively understanding what an audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
- Agile, adaptable and proactive individual with a structured work style and capacity to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new business domain knowledge to content creation.
- Positive team player with good stakeholder management and consensus-building skills – ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Technical understanding of digital platforms including content management systems.
- Related experience (e.g. content marketing, campaigns and communications).
