As part of this transformation, Cotswold District Council is seeking a Campaign Manager to join its new Communications team.
You’ll need to be focused on developing and executing a robust and measurable marketing and communications strategy that aligns closely with the aspirations of councillors and meets the needs of residents and the district.
Creative thinking, innovation, and collaboration will be key for exploring new channels and approaches to reach diverse audiences and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
As the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving forward both proactive and reactive communications that align with the corporate plan. A supportive approach will be crucial for empowering the team and creating a positive working environment.
A focus on momentum is essential to ensure that initiatives are delivered effectively, whilst the individual’s creative thinking will be vital for developing engaging and memorable content that resonates with the local community.
The Campaign Manager will be required to work closely with the Head of Communications to ensure all communications are aligned with the Council's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective communication strategies in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to take both a proactive and reactive approach.
