As the Global Campaign Marketing Manager, you will drive data-driven campaigns to increase brand awareness and client acquisition worldwide.

We seek an exceptional senior Global Campaign Marketing Manager to join our marketing function as part of the global Centre of Excellence. This role is fundamental for campaign launches while shaping and enhancing GTN’s global narrative. This role will sit within the GTN CMO office. It will work with GTN’s product heads and the regional CEOs to refine the company's positioning and messaging and convey its diverse target audiences engaging and impactfully.

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience in content creation, campaign launch, and effectiveness measurement. They will adeptly tailor the narrative to resonate with varied target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, execute, monitor, and optimise global marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the CMO to refine GTN's positioning and messaging, ensuring they resonate effectively with diverse target audiences.
  • Partner with the Content Lead to create engaging content, including marketing collateral, website copy, blog posts, social media content, and presentations.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional Field Marketing Managers to coordinate the global and regional campaigns, ensuring consistency and maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience delivering complex campaigns in the Fintech sector, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, marketing campaign management, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of different target audiences and the ability to tailor messaging accordingly are desirable. Experience managing campaigns for FinTechs is also desirable.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM, such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce…, to integrate marketing campaigns and provide visibility via dashboards 
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to measure campaign performance and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and fully autonomous team player who enjoys working collaboratively and seeing a piece of work through to completion.
  • A passion for marketing and a drive to create impactful campaigns
