Marketing Campaigns Manager

A top 10 accountancy firm has a new requirement for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role can be based in London, Birmingham, or Manchester, with a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will work closely with the Campaigns & Services Lead to oversee the firm's flagship campaigns, promoting the brand and driving collaborative growth. You will be responsible for:* Leading the firm's flagship marketing campaigns to build the brand and acquire and retain clients.* Planning and project managing the implementation of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.* Developing and overseeing the creation of supporting content and activities, ensuring activation across the client journey.* Writing, editing, and proofreading campaign content tailored to target audiences and various mediums.* Collaborating with the wider Clients & Markets team for an integrated approach, including sectors, private clients, design/multimedia, digital, external and internal communications, client experience, and growth.* Managing, coaching, and developing marketing executive talent for successful campaign delivery.

Experience Required:

* Experience as a campaign manager or in a similar role within professional services.* Strong people management skills and an interest in developing talent.* Excellent copywriting and communication skills with attention to detail.* A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and an interest in the business agenda.* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.* Experience using analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
