Car Sales Controller

• Starting basic salary of £28,000 per annum.
• An uncapped and realistic on-target-earning of up to £55,000+ per annum, subject to sales performance.
• Personal company car, fuel card, and laptop.
• 31 days annual leave (any bank holidays worked, you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it).

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Controller to join our Client’s busy premium franchise-approved car dealership in Gloucester.Working for an Automotive used car dealership, the successful Car Sales Controller will be an experienced leader who is well-versed in Car Sales and leading a successful Sales Department.Our Client is offering the successful Car Sales Controller On Target Earnings of £55,000.The hours of work for this Car Sales Controller role are Monday to Saturday with one scheduled day off in the week, one in two Sundays.Key Responsibilities for this Car Sales Controller role:

• Working with the management team to ensure a profitable car sales operation
• Second Facing Customers if required
• Maximising profitability and revenue within the Car Sales Department
• Assisting the Sales Team with reaching and exceeding their targets.
