What’s on Offer:

• Competitive Basic Salary: £22,000 plus holiday pay
• Company Car & Fuel Allowance: Coverage from home to work
• High Earning Potential: OTE of £60,000+ based on achieving 180 car sales annually with strong finance and product sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships and understand their vehicle needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies
• Maximize finance and product sales to drive additional revenue
• Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales in the automotive industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets
• Availability to work weekends on a rota basis
