• Experience: Previous car sales experience (main dealer or independent)-ideally with a proven sales record.

• People Skills: An engaging and persuasive personality, with excellent phone manner and the ability to upsell.
• Self-Starter: You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support.

• Great Pay: £22k basic, with an achievable £60k OTE.
• Flexibility: Two days off every week, plus weekends off on a rotating basis.

• Monday to Friday: 9am - 7.30pm
• Saturdays: 8.30am - 6pm
• Every Other Sunday: 9.30am - 5pm
