• Hourly Rate: £11.82 (day) - £12.12 (night)
• Location: Banbridge, Belfast
• Job Type: Shift Work (Day and Night Shifts Available)

We are inviting compassionate individuals to join our team as Care and Support Assistants. This role is central to providing personal care and support to individuals, ensuring their comfort and well-being. No previous experience in care is necessary as training will be provided, but a caring nature and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to individuals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment for service users.
• Maintain clear and effective written and verbal communication with colleagues and service users.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of service users.
• Accurately record information as required by the organisation’s protocols.
• Register with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) and comply with professional standards.

• No previous experience in care necessary; training will be provided.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and build rapport with service users.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and a commitment to applying them in the workplace.
• Willingness to register with the NISCC and adhere to the required standards.
