Location: IlkleyHours: Full-time, Days or Nights (12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)Contract: 36-48 hours per week

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily lives. Whether working days or nights, you'll deliver exceptional care and build meaningful relationships that make a real difference.

• Resident Care: Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities, promoting independence where possible.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and foster a positive environment for residents.
• Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in residents' health or well-being to senior staff.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the nursing and care team to meet the individual needs of residents.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date care documentation.

We are looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable care assistanta who are passionate about caring for residents with mental health conditions and dementia.

• A caring and empathetic nature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts on a rota basis.
• Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
