  • Start Date: ASAP / 4th November
  • Salary: £13/hr - £14/hr

Role Overview: As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.
  • Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needs
  • Implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.

    • About School: 3 - 19 all age school. Pupils have significant and complex needs, including severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders and multi-sensory impariments.

    Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:

    • A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
    • Minimum 1 yr of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory)
    • Right to Work in the UK (NO Sponsorship Provided. Candidates on Skilled Worker Visa are not eligible for this position)
