Job Description :

Proline Care provide high quality support/care staff that enable people to live within their own homes, in their own community. We are a well-established domiciliary care agency, based in Birmingham City Centre.

The role of Care Co-ordinator is a key role in the company that will require the individual to work alongside the senior Managers to ensure the smooth running of visits to our clients.

For the Care Co-ordinator role, the successful applicant will have had at least one year’s previous experience in a care setting

  • This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week with additional paid on call duties.

The Care Co-ordinator's duties will include:

  • Accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users in an appropriate manner
  • Producing care workers rota and managing the roster software (training provided)
  • Using electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers attendance and timeliness for visits
  • Arranging care reviews and risk assessments
  • Conducting telephone monitoring and ensuring service quality
  • Responding to emails from social workers and other professionals
  • Speaking directly/supporting customers and their families
  • Be a part of the ON-CALL Service.
  • Maintaining high quality standards, systems and procedures set by the company and in line with CQC Compliance and Health & Social Care Act 2008 and contract compliance as applicable.
  • Taking instructions from the Home-care Manager and Directors

Care Co-ordinator Requirements

  • Recent experience within a care setting is required for this role.
  • You need to have good computer skills.
  • Be able to problem-solve
  • Have an excellent customer serving manner
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
