Utilising your experience, the Care Coordinator will be responsible for completing team rotas to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest standard. As a scheduler, You will work with all internal teams to facilitate patient-centred care that enriches the quality of our client’s lives and enables them to live within their own homes whatever their abilities.

Job duties:

• Liaise closely with the Care Manager to manage recruitment needs
• Process changes to customer care and support plans
• Ensure there is sufficient cover to deliver excellent care and support to customers
• Utilise IT systems to allocate care assistants, and appropriately match them to the right customer
• Rota production and distribution for ~800 care hours a week
• Maintenance of electronic and handwritten records
• Manage highly confidential and sensitive information

Qualities that are advantageous:

• Qualified in NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care desirable
• Previous Care Coordinator experience

The salary for this role is dependent on experience however; will range between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
