- Adhere to CQC regulations.
- Visit 15-20 clients, three times a week, at their homes.
- Develop comprehensive assessments and care plans, engaging clients, families/representatives, and other professionals at each stage.
- Utilize your professional expertise within an established framework, following company policies and systems.
- Draft detailed assessments while involving key individuals in the process.
- Offer support to caregivers, providing them with the information needed to deliver high-quality care to clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Regional Consultant or Regional Manager in the Healthcare or Homecare sector.
- A Level 3 qualification or higher is a plus (but not essential).
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- A positive, confident, and empathetic attitude.

- Salary from £29,000 depending on experience
- 20 days leave + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days leave after 2 years of service.
