Are you an experienced Registered Care Home Manager looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a Local Housing Association on a contract basis to help turn around and improve services in their care homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage teams effectively to improve care quality and operational standards.
- Turn around underperforming services and restore high standards of care and compliance.
- Manage the demands of a big care home environment effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Essential: Proven success as a Care Home Manager, ideally in large care homes.
- Experience with Challenging Services: Demonstrated ability to improve failing services.
- Experience with Learning Disabilities services preferred.
- Older Persons' care experience considered an asset.
- Leadership Skills: Strong management and team-building capabilities at a senior level.
