Registered Manager - Domiciliary CareLocation: Bordon, Hampshire Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 plus Commission | Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join and lead our new domiciliary care service. You will work closely with senior leadership to register the business with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and play a vital role in shaping and delivering a high-quality, compassionate care service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee CQC registration and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead service setup, recruitment, training, and care delivery
Manage daily operations and support the care team
Develop person-centred care plans and ensure exceptional standards
Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and high-quality service
Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Enhanced DBS and full UK driving licence
