Home Support Matters is looking for caring and dependable colleagues with a passion for making a difference to join our team.
To work in this role, you must have a valid driving licence and your own vehicle as you will be providing care to our customers in the Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas such as Caister, Hemsby, Ormesby, Rollesby, and Filby.
**Business insurance is required upon commencement**
Working Block Shifts: Choose from shifts running from 07:00-14:30 and 16:00-21:00. You can sign up for as many shifts as you like, with the service operating 7 days a week, fantastic earning potential!
As an experienced care worker your job will include:
- Enablement: Supporting Customers to learn or relearn skills.
- Administering Medication: Including more complex interventions depending on your training level.
- Encouraging and Supporting Customers: In various activities to remain independent and living in their home.
- Maintaining Records: Including customer care logs and medication administration records.
- Meal Preparation: Supporting customers with their nutritional needs.
- Personal Care: Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.

What We’re Looking For:
- A full, clean driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Compassion, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
- A genuine desire to support others and improve their quality of life.
- Experience working in Health and Social Care ideally as a care worker/assistant or health care assistant.
