Are you a naturally caring person?Do you want to get involved and help your community when it needs you most? In a family home with a child or adult with complex medical needs.
We care for and support adults and children with complex medical needs, in the local community who need care and support in their own home. We can offer you full training and flexible hours to work around your availability to make sure that those who need help will get it. We have shifts with to clients who reside in their own homes across London and Reading. The shifts are a minimum 6 hours and vary up to 12 hours at a time. Covering days and nights. Throughout the 24hour period. Shifts will not start after 10pm at night or end before 06:30.
We are rated good by CQC.
We are looking for Care Assistants who live locally, are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our Clients children and adults.

Duties will include:
· Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
· Personal care
· Administering medication
Feeding clients via a tube
Caring for a child / adult with breathing difficulties
Caring for a child / adult with mobility issues
Caring for a child / adult with a tracheostomy
Caring for a child / adult with epilepsy
Caring for a child / adult with dystonia
· Caring for a child / adult at the end of their life
· Housekeeping
· Meal preparation
· Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:
' Candidates must be living in the UK and already have the right to work in UK documents required.
· Have a genuine passion to want to help others
· Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer or Health Care Assistant we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply.
