Caretaker - Reed : Job Details

Located in the Addlestone area, a wonderful school known for its strong community ties are on the lookout for a committed and reliable Premises Assistant to join their team.

Day shift - 8am to 4:30pm - flexibility is required

Primary duties:

• Opening and closing the school premises 
• Carrying out 1st fix repairs and maintenance work as and when required.
• Ensuring the security of the school.
• Monitoring and inspection of the school building and grounds.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of certain areas .
• Assisting with deliveries and distributing supplies.
• Reporting any health and safety issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a facilities or caretaking role.
• Basic maintenance and DIY skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach 
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
