Caretaker - Reed : Job Details

My client is based in an educational setting in UB8 and looking for a caretaker on an ongoing temporary basis to ensure that the premises meets the approved standards or specifications as directed by the Site Manager. This role includes maintaining a clean and secure environment for the pupils.

StartDate 6th January 2025

Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 3.45pm.

Salary £15.50- £16.00 depending on experience.

Some list of duties:

• Maintenance 
• Conducting regular litter picking.
• Keeping classrooms stocked with hygiene products such as tissues, hand sanitizer, and soap.
• Ground level window cleaning.
• General Cleaning.
• Assemble flat pack furniture/equipment.
• Preparing rooms for meetings.
