Caretaker

Location: Bedford

Duration: Approximately 1 month

Working Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

We are seeking a Caretaker for a varied and dynamic role lasting approximately one month. This position is vital to maintaining the smooth running of our clients’ education facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• General building maintenance, including tasks such as painting.
• Facilities management, including refilling essential chemicals and supplies.
• Groundskeeping duties, such as gritting walkways to maintain safety.

Requirements:

• Must hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate, including the Child Barred List Check.
• Proven experience in general maintenance and facilities work is highly desirable.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring high standards of safety and upkeep.
