Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Unlock the school and ensure it is tidy and ready for the day ahead.Stock Management: Assist with the replenishment of essential items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.Logistics: Handle deliveries and respond promptly to requests from teachers and staff.Team Support: Collaborate with the caretaker and the rest of the team, liaising with cleaning staff as needed.Safety and Maintenance: Join the fire warden team and assist with estate management, including legionella monitoring and inspections.Student Support: Unlock gates for student drop-offs and assist with resources throughout the school.
Desirable Skills and Qualities:
Training and Development: A willingness to be trained as a first aider and a keen interest in learning DIY skills and site management legislation.Personal Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Important Note:Due to DBS checks, this role may not commence until the end of February or early March.
