We want you to contribute to the quality and safety of the environment by becoming a champion for our customers, taking responsibility for making our estates and communal areas a great place to live.About youWe are looking for someone with 

• Experience of working in a similar caretaking environment or role
• Demonstrates high customer focused with excellent communication skills and commitment to high quality work
• Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business needs
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and conflicting priorities
