Caretaker with D1- PCV Driver’s Licence - Tezlom : Job Details

We are looking for a reliable, proactive and experienced Caretaker with a valid D1-PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) driving licence to join a vibrant School near the Heathrow area. This is a part-time position, working 2 days per week, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• General caretaking duties including maintenance, cleaning, and site security
• Driving responsibilities, including transporting individuals or groups as required using a PCV Vehicle
• Assisting with setting up and packing down for events or activities
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or repairs to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• Valid PCV (D1 or D category) driving licence
• Experience in caretaking or similar maintenance/handyman roles
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Flexible and responsive to the changing needs of the school site
• Should have an Enhanced DBS working with Children or willing to do one.

Working Hours:

• 2 days per week:
  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Second day: Flexible - your choice (Tuesday to Friday)
