Freightserve are looking to recruit a Cargo Reservations Agent for a Heathrow based GSA. The company are currently expanding their successful operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cargo Reservations

• Manage complete end-to-end booking process.

• Dealing with Freight Forwarders and Handling Agents.

• Keeping in-house systems up to date

• Acting as main contact through both customer calls and emails

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Ideally candidate should have Airline or GSA experience.

• Have outstanding customer service skills.
