Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a well-established Financial Services organisation in the heart of Bath as they search for a skilled Case Manager to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing growth by processing mortgage applications and ensuring the integrity of the mortgage book. As a Case Manager, you will be a key point of contact for both the Sales and Operations Teams, helping to maintain the company's Credit Risk Strategy and providing exceptional service to all stakeholders.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with an expectation of at least two days per week in the office.
DAY TO DAY:
- Processing mortgage applications with efficient communication with Packagers, Brokers, and Direct customers, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Coordinating with the Society’s valuation panel manager to ensure timely and accurate valuation processes.
- Accurately inputting and maintaining records within core systems and document repositories.
- Providing high-quality service to Packagers, Brokers, and Direct customers, ensuring they are informed at every stage of the process.
- Ensuring prompt collection and processing of procuration fees during the application process.
- Collaborating closely with underwriters and the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
- Maintaining the mortgage application pipeline and promptly addressing any declines or NPWs.
- Working effectively with the Business Change team during group initiatives to support department needs.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Experience in Financial Services, particularly in mortgage processing.
- CeMAP qualification, or a willingness to complete the qualification within an agreed timeframe.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive, results-focused approach with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with Mortgage Origination Platforms and Sopra Banking Software is desirable.
