Based in Solihull, this role has a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to managing and building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing excellent service, resolving queries and disputes, forecasting cash to be collected within the month, and working collaboratively in the team to achieve the company's set goals. What you will need:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive nature with excellent self-management skills to be able to efficiently prioritise workload.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to support with query management and resolving issues.
• Previous experience with reconciliations is preferable but not essential.
