A growing fund management business is looking to hire an experienced CASS Manager to join their CASS team. A great opportunity to join a progressive and continually growing business.Main Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of all CASS relevant controls and processes with CASS impacts.
- Handle CASS audits and the day-to-day management of full and ad-hoc internal CASS audits.
- Produce CMAR by liaising with operational teams, collating data, and drafting reports for review by the Head of CASS.
- Oversee the CASS breaches register.
- Update Client Asset committees and working groups as needed.
- Own and maintain all CASS Policies and Procedures and handle annual due diligence updates on banks and custodians.
- Oversee internal and external client asset and money reconciliations, reviewing shortfalls and reconciliation breaks.
- Produce various MI for stakeholders. Implement and manage a CASS monitoring programme.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years experience within a CASS role, ideally within a similar buy side focused firm.
- Excellent CASS rulebook knowledge.
- Hands-on approach, comfortable building relationships across the business.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
