Catastrophic Injury Solicitor - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

Our client is a leading national defendant insurance firm looking to expand its Large Loss team. It deals with files concerning injuries of the highest severity with complex technical components. Claims typically concern RTA, EL/PL and OL work and cover brain and spinal injuries and amputations.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist partners and manage your own caseload
• Attend court hearings where necessary
• Instruct counsel and experts when possible
• Review and analyse databases and make further investigations as appropriate
• Liaise with other solicitors, insurers, police, HSE and witnesses to gather evidence

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ PQE solicitor
• Experience managing personal injury work – either motor or EL/PL
• Strong eye for detail
• Solid knowledge of CPR and strong technical ability
